A company is looking for a Culture and Talent Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR functions including recruitment reporting, new hire
management, and document maintenance
Generate and analyze reports for new hires, terminations, and
compensation requests
Coordinate new hire orientation and maintain content for HR
documentation and templates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
2+ years of experience in HR or related roles
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficient in Workday, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment
