Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and maintain

Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule
appointments efficiently
Participate in quality assurance reviews and suggest process
improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
Proficiency in computer data-entry and basic computer skills
Ability to type 40 wpm and multi-task effectively
Customer service orientation and organizational skills
