Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Monitoring Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor payment traffic in real-time and handle emergency
alerts
Reroute traffic accurately based on instructions and payment
provider status
Document changes and escalate issues related to payment
processing
Required Qualifications
At least a Pre-Intermediate level of English
Work experience in a similar position or in Fintech, E-commerce, or
PSP is preferred
Understanding of how payment systems operate
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Grafana or Tableau is a plus
