Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Identify, create, and execute the appropriate Test Assets (plans, cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
• Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components.
• Reviews/Approves all project related test assets for completeness and quality.
• Ensures all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
• Manages both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test.
• Accountable for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, and owns test data provisioning tasks.
• Coordinate/execute testing across multiple testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and Regression.
• Coordinate, identify, and execute test cases. Identify, report, and review defects in assessing application quality working with various business units.
• Account for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, and owns test data provisioning tasks.Qualifications Minimum Qualification
  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum 1 year executing application testing, IT quality experience or an approved IT internship; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Qualfication
    • Quality Certification, such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, CSQE strongly preferred
    • PEGA PRC preferred
    • Experience with following Tools are preferred: Cucumber, Selenium, Junit, JAVA, Maven, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jira X-ray
    • Experience with ATDD creation and execution integrating with CI
    • Good to have automation exposure on multiple browsers
    • Good Framework knowledge, exposure to TDD, BDD and ATDD framework knowledge preferableIf this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a `sensitive position work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions.
