Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on complex projects related to
Group Protection Underwriting systems
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and
efficiency
Research and analyze performance data to support business process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience in Business Process Improvement and project
management
Proficiency in Underwriting systems and tools, specifically Quest
and UWWB platforms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
Understanding of Agile IT development methodology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of
experience in lieu of a degree)
