Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer Consultant - Pega
CDH (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage Next-Best-Action strategies and
decision flows
Develop and maintain customer journeys and engagement policies
within the CDH framework
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align CDH
strategies with customer lifecycle goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application
Development and Maintenance, or
High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software
Application Development and Maintenance
5+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in Pega CDH
Strong understanding of Next-Best-Action Designer and decision
strategies
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is
strongly preferred
