Job Description:
A company is looking for an Applied Epic Support Analyst
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, or chat for
Applied Epic software inquiries
Triage and troubleshoot user problems, documenting issues and
resolutions
Make configuration changes in Applied Epic and document issues in a
ticketing system
Qualifications and Requirements:
3 years of experience with Applied Epic software
1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
preferred
Experience in a customer support center, preferably in a technology
or business-to-business environment
Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or
Jira
