Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative
(Escrow).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Financial Institutions by resolving escalated or
time-sensitive issues
Manage the Support Line, offering training and assistance with
service procedures
Handle inbound and outbound service calls regarding insurance
coverage inquiries and maintain accurate loan information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields in
insurance or banking
Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and
Excel
Able to work under stressful conditions while maintaining
professionalism
