Job Description:

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative- REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from patients/members regarding health insurance inquiries
Provide information on coverage, benefits, claims, and protocols
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while working remotely

Required Qualifications

Call center experience
Customer service experience (phone or in-person)
Healthcare experience from provider or insurer environments
Knowledge of Medicaid coverage
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
