A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Collections
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts through phone
and written correspondence
Provide accurate account updates in computer files for each
interaction
Counsel delinquent consumers to assist them in meeting their
payment obligations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Access to high-speed internet required
FDCPA knowledge preferred
Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain stationary for
extended periods
