You’ll Do \n \n Thrives in an environment that rewards for
delivering world-class service and delighting our guests. \n
Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and
guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the
front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in
a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand
image. \n Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering
to cash handling protocols. \n Aid customers with credit
applications and financing matters as required while maintaining
thorough documentation of sales transactions. \n Address customer
concerns independently whenever possible \n Aid in store opening
and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and
completion of daily checklists. \n Support inventory management and
loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual
inventory checks. \n Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s
and performance standards. \n Complete any additional tasks as
assigned by management. \n \n What You Bring \n \n Legally
authorized to work in the US. \n At least 18 years old. \n Ability
to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation. \n
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 year customer
service and/or sales experience, preferred. \n Gets charged up by
interacting with others, by being outgoing, friendly, and easy to
talk to. \n Conveys information in a way that inspires action. \n
Gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas. \n Ability to
work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. \n
Communicates information in a motivating manner that prompts
action. \n Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional
service and customer satisfaction. \n Maintain reliable attendance.

Ashley Furniture has a “Growth Mindset”, and once you join our

hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $20.00. Following the training
period, this position pays an hourly rate of $16.50 - $16.50. This
position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based
upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based
on product types. \n Profit sharing is available to eligible
employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the
profitability of the company. \n Benefits: When you join our
