Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine and complex laboratory tests across various disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform lab tests across multiple departments (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.) Analyze and interpret results with accuracy Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and safety standards Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely results Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field California CLS license is required.
