If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are a leading company in the Manufacturing industry, seeking a highly skilled Permanent CNC Tooling Grinder to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in GD&T, Machining, Tooling, 5-axis, and CNC machines to create high-quality, precise, and innovative products. Responsibilities: As a CNC Tooling Grinder, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Setting up and operating CNC machines to perform precision grinding operations. 2. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine the most efficient and accurate grinding procedures. 3. Using GD&T principles to ensure that all parts meet tight tolerance requirements. 4. Maintaining and adjusting 5-axis CNC grinding machines to ensure optimal performance. 5. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new machining and grinding strategies. 6. Performing regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their longevity and reliability. 7. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or malfunctions with the CNC machines. 8. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. 9. Continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality in the grinding process. 10. Providing technical guidance and training to junior team members as needed. Qualifications: To qualify for this role, you should have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Tooling Grinder in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proficiency in GD&T, Machining, Tooling, 5-axis, and CNC machines. 3. A comprehensive understanding of grinding procedures and techniques. 4. The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. 7. A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. 8. The ability to train and guide junior team members. 9. A high level of attention to detail and precision. 10. The ability to continually seek ways to improve efficiency and quality in the grinding process.
